We use your personal data to respond to enquiries and prepare your free workforce report, to deliver the occupational health services you or your employer have requested, to meet our legal and regulatory duties, and to improve our website and services.
We rely on your consent for marketing, on the performance of a contract to deliver our services, on our legitimate interests to run and improve our business, and on legal obligation where the law requires it. For health data, we rely on the additional conditions for occupational health and health-and-safety purposes.
We share data only where necessary: with the clinicians delivering your care, with your employer for management referral outcomes (with appropriate consent and within professional limits), and with trusted service providers who help us run our business. We never sell your data.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and in line with professional and legal retention requirements for occupational health records. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
