How is pricing calculated?
Plans are priced per employee, billed annually, so it scales naturally with your team. The figures shown are indicative starting points. We will give you an exact quote once we understand your headcount, sites and risks.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long lock-ins. Standard agreements run annually, and you can cancel within your first 30 days if it is not right for you.
Can we start with just one service?
Absolutely. Many clients start with management referrals or absence management and add more over time. The Essentials plan is built for exactly that.
What counts as an employee?
Your headcount of permanent and fixed-term staff who would be covered by the service. Seasonal and contractor arrangements can be priced separately, just ask.
Is the free workforce report really free?
Yes, completely. It is free for employers with 50 or more staff, with no obligation to buy anything afterwards. It is simply the best way to show you the value.
